Terms and conditions
This is a reference template. It does not replace professional legal advice: review and adjust it before relying on it.
1. Who we are and what we offer
FoodSaaS is a platform that lets restaurants run their own online ordering site (on their own subdomain), an admin panel and order management. These terms govern the use of FoodSaaS by restaurants and their staff.
2. Accounts and the restaurant's responsibilities
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its information, its menu, prices, taxes, deliveries, customer service and compliance with the rules that apply to it. FoodSaaS provides the tool and is not a party to the sale between the restaurant and its customers.
3. Plans, prices and billing
Plans are billed per period, and prices are shown in each country's plan currency. We send reminders before a period ends. If payment is not made there is a grace period; when it ends, the panel's features (and, depending on the settings, the ability to receive online orders) are limited until the subscription is renewed. Renewing on time does not lose the remaining days.
4. Payments
In Peru, payments are processed through Mercado Pago. In all other countries, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders, handles the applicable taxes and issues the invoice; Paddle's own terms also apply to those purchases.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop renewing at any time. Refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, to breach the security of the service, or to publish content that infringes third-party rights.
7. Personal data
How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. For the data of each restaurant's end customers, the restaurant decides how it is used and FoodSaaS acts as a provider processing it on the restaurant's behalf.
8. Availability and limits of liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the period in which the event occurred.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page.
10. Contact
Write to us from the contact page or at the phone number shown there.
