Privacy policy
This is a reference template. It does not replace professional legal advice: review and adjust it before relying on it.
1. Data we process
From restaurants and their staff: name, email, phone, business and billing details, and usage data (IP address, device and technical logs). On behalf of each restaurant, we also process the data of its end customers (name, phone, delivery address, email and orders).
2. What we use it for
To provide the service, process payments, send account and billing notices, give support, protect the platform against abuse and meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use providers needed to operate: hosting and network (servers and Cloudflare), file storage (Cloudflare R2), email (Zoho) and payments (Mercado Pago and Paddle). Each processes data only for its function.
4. Retention
We keep data while the account is active and for as long as the law requires; technical logs are deleted automatically after a period.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding your data under the applicable rules (in Peru, Law 29733; in Chile, Law 19,628) by writing to us from the contact page.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections, isolation of each restaurant's data, access control and backups.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and storage (for example, your session and your theme and language preference). We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the current version is the one published here. For any question, use the contact page.
